Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds due to change of mind or incorrect size pruchased- but we can offer an exchange or store credit.  

- To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it. The product must be in the original packaging with the tags still attached.

- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you have received your order, unfortunatly we cannot offer you store credit or an exchange.

- We will not accept exchanges on sale items.

- We do not issue refunds. Store credit only.

Exchanges & Returns

Please leave your name, contact information and order number in the email enquiry so we can track your order and see exactly what product/s you want to exchange.

A $10 handling fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. This $10 fee is waived if exchanging.
