Refund policy

We do not offer refunds due to change of mind or incorrect size purchased - but we can offer an exchange or store credit.
  • To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging with the tag 
  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange. 
  • We will not accept exchanges on sale items.
  • We do not issue refunds. Store credit only

Exchanges & Returns
To exchange or return a product please email us at dustyrodeoandco@gmail.com and we will be able to help you out. Please leave your name, number and order number in the email inquiry so we can track exactly what product you want to exchange.

A $10 handling fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. This $10 fee is waived if exchanging.
